Delivery in Good Condition

If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return the product for any reason, please contact us at support@crazyaboutyou.shop with your order number. Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be able to process returns after this period. A flat-rate handling and delivery fee of $7.95 will be charged for each returned item.

Broken or Damaged Items

In the event that an item arrives broken or damaged, please send a photograph to support@crazyaboutyou.shop, along with your order number, so we can replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

We pride ourselves on our quick order processing, shipping, and delivery. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing it for shipment.

As such, we have a 3-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests received after this period cannot be accommodated, as the order is likely already packed and with the courier, scheduled for shipment the next day.

However, customers may return the package for a refund, excluding any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Transaction Fees

Please note that payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% for each payment processed through their platforms. As a result, any refund requests will be subject to these transaction fees. The fee deducted will vary based on the payment method used.

For example, PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee. If your order total is $125 and you request a refund, the refund amount would be $114.60.

For transactions under $99, a flat $7.95 deduction per unit will apply to cover the transaction fee charged by the payment processor.

Personalized Products - Return Policy

We do not accept returns on products that have been customized with personal details such as names, dates, or messages. However, we may offer store credits or discounts of up to 50% off for these items.

Customer Error Policy

Items cannot be returned due to customer error. Please ensure that all customizations are correct before submitting your order. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.

Holiday Season Policy

During peak holiday seasons, we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. However, due to high volume and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be slight delays in delivery. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen events affecting CrazyAboutYou.shop or our carriers. We appreciate your understanding.
